Bactite Paper
Hygienically produced and free from optical brighteners, Bactite paper has been developed to fulfil special requirements of heat sealability and is suitable for steam sterilization giving it a colour indication. Its excellent fluid-repellent quality and bacterial growth barrier make it an ideal choice for packaging medical products, mainly hand gloves. Additionally, it has high dry and wet strength is lint free and is tear resistant. These properties make it an ideal choice for packaging medical and surgical disposable items, blister-wrapping of syringes and sterilized medical equipment.
These kraft and polymer-reinforced papers are designed to withstand the rigorous processing requirements of packaging converters as well as sterilization processes without getting degraded or losing their packaging integrity.
Grid Lacquer Paper
Medical grade Grid Lacquer Paper with extrusion coating lamination, offered by K. P. Packaging, is used in the packaging of various medical and surgical gloves, syringes, catheters and needles. It offers a lot of advantages that ensure good wrapping and packaging options. To name a few it offers excellent adhesive strength and sealability due to a large amount of glue coating and does not require PE coating because it seals itself. It has high paper strength which is not easy to tear ensuring good packing quality and has an excellent surface that allows superior printing quality.
